Packet Pick Up and Registration

Packets will be available for pick up at the Runner's Den, 6505 N 16th, Phoenix, 85016:

Friday December 9th - 10am until 6pm

Saturday December 10th - 10am until 5pm

Or Race Day:

Scottsdale Civic Center, 75th St & Main - Starting at 6:00am

Registration Refunds

We do not offer Refunds directly.  

Good news! Through our Registration partner we offer the optional Registration Refund Plan administered by Stonebridge Benefit Services, Inc., a Transamerica Company.

If you choose the Registration Refund option at time of registration, you could receive a full refund of the registration fees you paid if you are unable to participate due to the following reason:

• Personal injury or unforeseen illness
• Family member injury or illness
• Involuntary job loss
• Loss of Life
• Unexpected covered travel delays
• Pregnancy
• Childbirth or adoption
• Family member childbirth
• Active military duty or deployment
• Permanent job relocation

Please note: A Qualified Medical Practitioner must certify illness, injury or pregnancy refund requests.

TEAMS

Put together 5 or more friends and form a team. Awards will be presented to the top three fastest teams using the combined times of the first 5 team members to finish the Half Marathon or 5K. To be entered as a team, simply enter the team name on each of the individuals entry forms or go online, create a team and have you friends join your team.  If you have already registered, just use the "CONTACT" tab above and email us with the Team Name and name of the individuals.

FREE TEXT MESSAGING AND LIVE RESULTS

Have your friends stay updated on your progress as they receive live status updates from the course. CLICK HERE to sign up for live athlete tracking.  You can also enter your facebook information and your splits and final time will be posted live there also.

This event is being timed by Raceplace Event Systems using the ChronoTrack system timing technology.

Timing Instructions

You must wear your "B-Tag" correctly in order to be timed. It must be clearly visible on the front of the torso. Please review these instructions.
